Email parking@csus.edu or call the UTAPS office at 916-278-7275. A UTAPS representative will confirm your account information with you.
Go to the Password Reset Password page and submit your email address.
Check your email for an email titled “Sac State Parking Services Account Recovery”Portal Password Reset”.
Click the recovery password reset link in the email and submit a new password.
Go to the UTAPS Parking Portal page.
Click Guest Login.
Login with your email address and passwordYour parking portal guest account is now active.
Click Get Permits.
Click Next.
Select the Annual Emeritus permit option.
Add and/or select your vehicle.
Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.
