After a faculty or staff member in your department submits a request, you will receive an email notifying you of the pending form. In the email, click on the form's link. Review the form and scroll down to the Department Approval section and select one of the following options:
Click the Submit button to complete your review of the form. Note: Please Please CLOSE THE BROWSER when when finished so the forms leave form leaves your queue. . OnBase limits forms to one person at a time. |

UTAPS will review and approve or deny your request within five business days. If your request for AUE funding was approved, the event coordinator and department chair will receive a confirmation email. The event parking arrangements will be sent to the event coordinator within five business days.
