Sac State Emeritus/Retiree are eligible to receive an annual parking permit at no charge. To request your Emeritus/Retiree parking permit, follow the instructions below.

Instructions for SacLink Accounts

If you forgot the login information for you SacLink account, please visit the SacLink Account Management page to recover your account.

1. Go to the UTAPS Parking Portal page.

2. Click SacLink Login.

3. Login with your SacLink account.

4. Click Get Permits.

5. Click Next.

6. Select the Annual Emeritus/Retiree permit option.

7. Add and/or select your vehicle.

8. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.

You will receive an email receipt confirming your Emeritus permit details.

Instructions for Guest Accounts

If you do not have access to your SacLink account, UTAPS will need to confirm your account information and create a guest account for you.

1. Email parking@csus.edu or call the UTAPS office at 916-278-7275. A UTAPS representative will confirm your account information with you.

2. Go to the Password Reset page and submit your email address.

3. Check your email for an email titled “Sac State Parking Portal Password Reset”.

4. Click the password reset link in the email and submit a new password.

5. Your parking portal guest account is now active.

6. Click Get Permits.

7. Click Next.

8. Select the Annual Emeritus/Retiree permit option.

9. Add and/or select your vehicle.

10. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.

You will receive a receipt via email with the confirmation of your virtual Emeritus permit details.
