A Sac State parking permit is required to be registered to any vehicle parked on campus. You may purchase daily parking permits valid in any student parking space. You have the following options:

Parking Portal

Purchase a daily parking permit online in our parking portal. 

Coupon Codes

Visit the UTAPS office to purchase daily coupon codes in bulk using cash, check or credit card. Coupon codes are redeemable at any parking permit machine on campus for a daily parking permit. 

Parking Permit Machine

When you arrive on campus, pay with cash or credit at any permit machine located in all student parking lots/structures; view the campus map for locations.

PayByPhone

Sign up for a PayByPhone account and download the app. When you arrive on campus, enter location number "5115" into the app to pay your parking fee.

Vendor Services Permit

A vendor services permit is required to park adjacent to buildings and in service roads.

We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and semester vendor services permits. The current rates are located at the Permit Fees page under "MPP".

If you require parking adjacent to buildings or in campus service roads

1. Email parking@csus.edu a request to purchase vendor services permits.
2. UTAPS will respond and confirm your permit options and payment instructions.

Construction Zone Permit

A construction zone permit is required to park inside gated construction zones.

We offer daily, weekly, monthly and semester construction zone permits. The current rates are located at the Permit Fees page under "MPP".

If you require parking inside a gated construction zone

1. Email parking@csus.edu a request to purchase construction zone permits.
2. UTAPS will respond and confirm your permit options and payment instructions.
