Your parking account has the wrong Sac State ID assigned to it. Please email this error message to parking@csus.edu to have your account updated.
When I try to access the Visitor Parking form, I receive the error “Your customer type is not eligible to submit new permit requests.”
This is happening because you’re logged into the parking portal with your personal account. You also have a requester account that allows access to visitor permits. We just need to make sure you’re logged out of your personal account so you can login with your requester account.
First, go to the parking portal and log out by clicking your name in the top right corner and then clicking the logout button:

Next, go to your MySacState and click the Request Visitor Parking Permit button.
