The WELL instructors are eligible to receive a semester parking permit valid in Lot 12 WELL spaces. To activate your WELL parking permit, follow the instructions below.

If this is your first time purchasing a Sac State parking permit online, you need to activate your parking portal account:

1. Go to the Password Reset page and submit your email address.

2. Check your email for an email titled “Sac State Parking Portal Password Reset”.

3. Click the password reset link in the email and submit a new password.

4. Your parking portal account is now active.

If you have an active parking portal guest account:

1. Go to the UTAPS Parking Portal page.

2. Click Guest Login.

3. Login with your email address and password.

4. Click Get Permits.

5. Click Next.

6. Select the WELL Visitor permit option.

7. Add and/or select your vehicle.

8. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.

You will receive a receipt via email with the confirmation of your virtual WELL permit details.
