Bus Parking

Bus parking is located in the student (dirt/gravel) area of Lot 9. A daily Sac State parking permit must be displayed on the bus; view our Visitor Information page for daily parking permits options. 

A "Daily" permit can be purchased at the UTAPS office, through Pay-By-Phone (Mobile app) ID# 5115, or at any yellow parking decal machine.



Bus Directions

Eastbound on Highway 50

  1. Take Exit 9 for State Route 16/Howe Ave

  2. Keep right, follow signs for Cal State University/Sacramento

  3. Merge onto Hornet Drive

  4. Turn left on College Town Drive

  5. Turn right on Callery Pear Way (in front of Info Booth island)

  6. Make first possible left turn in parking lot

  7. Turn left on Stadium Drive

  8. Pull over to right curb in front of traffic light





Westbound on Highway 50

  1. Take Exit 9 for Howe Ave

  2. Continue straight onto College Town Drive

  3. Turn right on Callery Pear Way (in front of Info Booth island)

  4. Make first possible left turn in parking lot

  5. Turn left on Stadium Drive

  6. Pull over to right curb in front of traffic light









Bus Drop-Off Areas

Broad Field House (Parking Lot 8)

Buses drop-off on Stadium Drive between the Broad Field House and Alumni Center. After dropping off, continue straight through the stop light into Lot 10 and park in the student (dirt/gravel) area of Lot 9.

Yosemite Hall (Parking Lot 1)

Buses may drop-off in Parking Lot 1 next to Yosemite Hall. After dropping off: continue straight to exit Parking Lot 1, turn left of State University Dr., turn left of Arboretum Way, continue straight on College Town Dr., turn right into Lot 10 and park in the student (dirt/gravel) area of Lot 9.

Ernest Tschannen Science Complex (State University Dr. East)

Buses may drop-off in on State University Dr. next to the Ernest Tschannen Science Complex. After dropping off: continue straight on State University Dr., turn right on College Town Dr., continue straight on College Town Dr., turn left into Lot 10 and park in the student (dirt/gravel) area of Lot 9.



Bus Parking

Bus parking is located in the student (dirt/gravel) area of Lot 9. A daily Sac State parking permit must be displayed on the bus. View our Visitor Information page for daily parking permits options. 

From the drop-off area, continue straight ahead through the stop light into Lot 10 and park in Lot 9. 

Parking Permit

A bus must have a daily parking permit displayed to park on campus. The closest parking permit machine is located in Lot 9 near the bus parking area in the red box below.
